Real estate law encompasses the rights of individuals and entities to possess, use, and enjoy land and the structures attached to it, such as our homes or commercial buildings. This includes not only the transfer of interests in real property, such as the conventional purchase and sale, but also involves the financing of real estate and real estate transactions and the leasing of property.  Also included in this area of law are issues regarding the use and development of real property as the same may be governed by public or private regulation, and the relations between owners and the community.
